2. Acceptable Use
No spam, no scraping of third-party sites that violate their ToS, no resale of raw data. Outreach must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR and your local laws.
3. Subscription & trial
14-day free trial, no credit card required. Paid plans renew monthly. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the billing period.
4. Liability
Service provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability capped at the last 12 months of fees paid.
